Team Australia is the 2013 ISA World Junior Surfing Championship gold medal winner. Hawaiians claim three top results. In the last day of surfing in Nicaragua, riders enjoyed great waves and exciting performances. The surf was in the waist to chest-high range with perfect offshore winds all day long. Josh Moniz and Tatiana Weston-Webb secured the gold medal for the Hawaiian flag, in the Boys and Girls Under 18 divisions. Mahina Maeda, in the Girls Under 16, also stole the top honor for the Pacific islands.
