New E-Prep Program Launched
Tsunami Recovery Continues
SurfAid is a non-profit humanitarian organisation whose aim is to improve the health, well being and self-reliance of people living in isolated regions connected through surfing. SurfAid’s field activity this year has focused on the Tsunami Emergency Recovery Program in the Mentawai Islands, and their Health Program in Nias, and the planning process for the new Emergency Preparedness (E-Prep) program in the Mentawai, Banyak and Telo islands.
They have launched an ‘Epic Mentawai’ campaign to raise funds – all donations are greatly appreciated.
