Fernando Zegers has taken out the Quiksilver Ceremonial Chile Trials 2013, at Punta de Lobos. Zegers conquered the first ticket to the main event of the Chilean big wave surfing contest, after winning the Trials, in 18-20 foot wave conditions. The left hand point break hosted a field of 24 surfers all battling it out to join the best big wave riders in the world. The Quiksilver Ceremonial Chile is the first stop of the 2013/14 Big Wave World Tour.
