Wavegarden has created a buzz all over the world. The special announcement would change the world of surfing, forever. Still, we need to see more. Real-time artificial waves are an old promise, but the surfer’s dream never really came to life, except in the iconic surfing game Kelly Slater’s Pro Surfer, in which great waves are pumped in an indoor wave pool. In February 2013, Wavegarden announced that the construction works of their new facility in the Basque Country was finished and engineers were in the final tuning stage.
