“Hit & Run” is small collection of big wave rides captured during the epic swell that hit Teahupoo, Tahiti, in mid-May 2013. It looks easy but it isn’t. Getting barreled in Teahupoo and coming out unstuck is not for everyone and if the challenge took place somewhere in the middle of May 2013, harder it gets. There are great exceptions. John Welsh captured all the glory of the deadly Tahitian jewel, during the swell that may have crowned the wave of the century.
