Joshua Holley, a 28-year-old surfer, was attacked by a tiger shark, at Leftovers, on the North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii. The surfer was surprised by the 10-feet predator in the nose of his surfboard. “I felt this unreal push on the left side of my body. It was like this popping sensation on my foot and I looked down to my left and I saw this huge dorsal fin,” Holley told Hawaii News Now. “Survival mode kicked in and I punched it really hard once and then twice. I didn’t want to panic or go into shock or anything like that.” Joshua stayed calm during the shark attack and decided to strike a few punches in the shark, before the predator went away. “I’m not gonna die today”, he yelled.
