Dane Reynolds has been inducted into the Surfers’ Hall of Fame, in Huntington Beach Surf City USA. The Ventura surfer, leader of the progressive surfing generation, is considered one of the best free surfers in the world and has been creating a new school of aerial moves. “It’s an honor, especially as I’m looking at all these names down here,” he said. “I’m honored to be a part of it”, said the man of few words. Reynolds took his dog Truffle to the event to put her paws in cement next to his prints. Dane enter the Surfing Walk of Fame at the age of 26. He was born in 1985 and started surfing at the age of 10 after he moved from Bakersfield to Ventura. It was here on the point breaks around Santa Barbara that Dane honed his progressive style.
