Joel Parkinson Puts Australia’s Top Junior Male Surfers Through Their Paces At The Subway® Summer Surf CampThursday, 30 April 2015
Thirteen of Australia’s top junior male surfers are being put through their paces by former World Champion Joel Parkinson at the Subway® Summer Surf Camp at Casuarina in northern New South Wales.The 13 surfers won the Under 18 divisions during the Subway® Summer Surf Series held across Australia last summer and were invited to an all-expenses paid training camp at the Hurley Surfing Australia High Performance Centre (HPC) at Casuarina.Parkinson, the 2012 World Champion and a Subway® Summer Surf Series ambassador, surfed with the participants and took them through a video analysis of the session along with a question and answer session.“The Subway® Summer Surf Series has been a huge success and it’s great to see Subway® Restaurants supporting junior surfing in Australia,” Parkinson said.“It’s good to see what the future holds and the talent we have.
