Switzerland may not be the perfect country for surfing, but the stoke is out there in the land of ski resorts, chocolate and watches. The Swiss Surfing Championships will be returning to Zarautz, in the Spanish Basque Country, between 11th-15th September 2012. The contest is celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Swiss Surfing Championships, in which the best surfers will fight for the title of Swiss Surfing Champion and a place in the Swiss Surfing Team. Swiss surfers have found a consistent peak to crown their best wave rider and Zarautz is the home of Swiss surfing for the third consecutive year.
