Silvana Lima has claimed victory at the Port Taranaki Pro 2014, in Fitzroy Beach, New Zealand. Some of the world’s best female surfers battled for relevant ranking points and prize-money in reeling three-foot (one meter) lefts and rights. Lima was sitting in second place with only three minutes left of the 30 minute final, she chased down a left and unloaded a barrage of tight and technical turns, the wave scored an 8.00 and Lima stole the win from Laura Enever’s grasp.
