Three Brazilian surfers have confirmed their presence on the quarterfinals of the Oi Rio Pro 2016. Gabriel Medina is quietly advancing through in the competition and has already secured his best result of the season. The 2014 world surfing champion won his Round 3 and 4 heats, but he wants more. “That was a good heat because there were a lot of waves and a lot of opportunities. I am stoked to get another 10 and get into the Quarters. Hopefully, the waves keep coming. I am feeling good,” said Medina.
