Yago Dora won the Red Bull Airborne France, a World Surf League (WSL) specialty event, in four foot waves at Plage des Culs Nus, in Hossegor, France. The inaugural Red Bull Airborne hosted an 18-man field consisting of a cross-section of the world’s best surfers from the elite Championship Tour and a global field of aerial specialists. Twenty-two-year-old Dora topped the final, which also included Griffin Colapinto, Jack Freestone, Kalani David, Matt Meola, and Eithan Osborne.
